When Nate and I met you a year and a half ago, we knew that night, you would be the one we wanted to marry us. You seemed so organized, and you really loved your job. That was very important to us!! We booked you that night, and you gave us our homework (picking out our vows, readings etc.) Your staff (Michelle) was absolutely amazing and helpful, she was able to field any question I threw at her. She even assisted me with my wedding programs, making sure all was in order before I ordered them in print. Then we met with you a week before our wedding, so nervous about our ceremony. Nate was positive he wanted a rehearsal so everything ran smoothly that day. You told us to leave everything in your hands, and it would be fine. So we trusted you!! Then the day came, I was so nervous waiting to see you. When you arrived and spoke with me, all my fears of messing up timing subsided. You managed to put me at ease.. Then it was time, everything ran smoothly, as we trusted in you to lead us, and you did!! The timing was perfect, and you even kept me from tears many of times. You always knew when to use a bit of humour to lighten the mood and my nerves. The words of encouragement you spoke to Nate and I about were amazing, and geared completely to us. We will never forget our perfect day, and the role you played in it. We thank you for the advice you gave us before the wedding, and on our day too. We will always try to uphold the marriage values you spoke to us about. My guests, were raving about you, they all could not believe how great you were. Hello Rosanne and Wayne, Just wanted to let you both know what a wonderful job you did on our wedding day. Rosanne, your words were beautifully spoken and your guidance and calming force through the ceremony helped keep our hearts light. We very much enjoyed the advise you gave, in the theme of 'dance', which you picked up on and included, thanks so much for that consideration. A very nice touch. Special thanks to Wayne also...my daughter, granddaughter and I felt a little lost at the back of the room, not sure what our 'cue' was while Roy sang. Sincerely, Pat & Linda, July 23, 2005 Dear Wayne (and the entire Kettle Creek Wedding Crew), I just got your latest email update asking for review and pictures, and I figured at the rate my thank you cards are going I should probably email you now to send you my praise (so you get it this century :o). First off – thank you! Our day was absolutely perfect, and a great amount of that was because of you. We have received so many compliments about the ceremony – people loved the fact that it was so laid back and humorous – exactly how we had envisioned it (and after our Tim Horton’s encounters we expected you would provide us with nothing less). When I pictured my wedding day the Wave was never part of it, but it really did work – thanks for going with that :o) (there’s a picture attached). The words you selected for us were fantastic and completely “us” – you read us perfectly (I’d actually like a copy of the “reading” you did – I believe it was the 4 “f’s” (it all went by in a blur), and between you and the DJ I only took a small amount of ribbing about my scheduling and the stuff I had written for people to say. Of course, most of our guests are probably still wondering about why we hang out at Tim Horton’s together, but we’ll leave it that way. We were incredibly impressed with your organization of the day – you made sure everyone knew what they were doing and I know everyone was very comfortable through the entire afternoon (well, if you don’t count the HEAT!). You had a way of making everyone relaxed and ensured that a good time was had by all. And your attire was spectacular – I was looking at the pictures on your website and thinking “I’m glad we opted for the fun shirt Wayne instead of the stuffy suit Wayne – and in the heat I’m sure you were thankful for that too!). By the way, people keep asking me where we found our Officiant and I love telling them “I found him on the Internet.” You wouldn’t believe the looks I get.
